Look what i found abandonned on the seafront, a sorry sight indeed.
Leaving a child alone in these winter (or autumn as i'm constantly corrected upon) months is most definitely a faux pas, this isn't 18th century France for gods sake. You could have at least had the courtesy to leave him/her (i cant quite decide-perhaps a mix of both) with an outfit of some description, a knitted jumper, some sort of neckerchief, some basic pants would be sufficient or just some bloody socks.
And don't push your child in a pram/push chair/ buggy across a busy road if there's no zebra crossing.
Parents should take better care of their children.
